Tasting Menu

A tasting menu consists of small,

sampling-sized portions of both the food & wine, about 3 or 4 bites and a 3 oz pour!

Our regular dinner menu is also available.

 

1st course...

Fresh watermelon, Lively Run feta cheese, local cukes & tomatoes, thai basil, finished with basil oil and paired with Hunt Country Pearl

 

2ndcourse...

Seabass with creamed local corn and saffron beurre blanc served with Hunt Country Chardonnay

 

3rd course...

Hudson Valley duck confit, potatoes pave, wild mushrooms and micro pak choy served with Hunt Country Alchemy
